An In-Ground pool for dogs?!2024-08-30T12:32:13+00:00
You bet.

We have a zero-entry, outdoor pool that gets as deep as ~4 ft for your canine companion to enjoy. It is equipped with a full filtration system to keep it clean, safe, and functioning just as a human pool does. The pool is cleaned after each use and checked daily to ensure the water is safe and fresh for our guests. It is open, weather permitting, during weekdays for no additional cost. On days when the pool is undergoing maintenance or extensive cleanings, we ensure our Doggies still have access to kiddie pools. Pool time is always fully supervised. Pool time is typically held in the morning hours so our guests can go home dry(ish)! Pool time varies from day to day based on staffing, weather, and other factors.

How does the Doggie Drive up work? When can I use it?2024-08-30T12:30:45+00:00

Hours:
The Drive Up is open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, M-F. It is not open on weekends or for late pick-ups

Daycare Only:
Doggie Drive-up is for Daycare guests only. All overnight guests must be dropped off and picked up in the lobby with their belongings

What to do:
Drive right up to the Doggie Drive Up sign, put the car in park, and paws! We’ll do the rest. Our sensor lets us know you’re here – no honking necessary. You’ll never wait more than a few minutes for us to come out, greet your dog by name, and remove them from your vehicle. At pick-up, have your window rolled down so our team members can find out who you’re picking up and place them safely in your vehicle.

Prepaid Only:
The Doggie Drive-up is reserved for those who utilize prepaid packages or have a credit card on file with us
What should I expect after my Doggie’s first day of daycare?2024-08-30T12:31:05+00:00
Doggies who visit us for the first time are typically pooped once they get home! It is normal if…
  • Your Doggie goes home and drinks a lot of water: Unlimited access to fresh water is always provided, however many dogs (especially new guests) are so excited and busy that they may forget to stop and hydrate!
  • Your Doggie falls asleep in the car or goes home and goes straight to bed: Daycare is both physically and mentally stimulating! It’s normal for our guests to get comfortable on their ride home and fall fast asleep. Some dogs, especially puppies, may nap hard and long. You should not be concerned about a tired happy dog! Most pups have their energy back after a well-rested night, but this can vary from dog to dog
What are the Boarding Requirements?2024-08-30T12:21:11+00:00

Requirements include:

  • $70 deposit: All reservations are subject to a $70 (or one night) deposit
  • All dogs must be evaluated, accepted, and attend at least one full day of daycare before their first overnight stay.
  • Your dog’s food: Please provide more than enough food for the length of your dog’s stay in case of stay extensions and unforeseen circumstances. Place the dog(s) name on all packages and/or containers. We provide the bowls for food and water.
  • A favorite toy or blanket is encouraged (but not required) for our overnight guests: If your dog doesn’t have one of these items, something that smells like home (a pillow or an already worn sweatshirt) will also help make them feel more comfortable. Our lodging accommodations are equipped with Kuranda Beds (elevated beds for dogs) and stainless steel water bowls, rubber flooring, and drains.
  • Cancellation Policy: 14 days before stay (deposit non-refundable within 14 days). No refunds will be issued for any cancellations or early pick-ups during any holiday stays
  • Same Day Requests: Same Day boarding requests will be accommodated (space permitting) and are subject to a $25 fee (we appreciate at least 48 hours notice for reservations to allow us time to adequately prepare for your dogs arrival)
